My Account
How do I create an account?
Our online store will prompt you to create an account when you place your first order; your account information will be emailed to you, so that you may re-use it the next time you order.

How do I edit my account information?
Click on the 'My Account' link at the top of any store page. You will be prompted for your name and password.

I forgot my password.
Click on the 'My Account' link at the top of any store page. Enter your email address and your user name and password will be emailed to you.

Billing Questions
What are my payment choices?
This store accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged when we have confirmed that all items are available for shipment.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Yes, if you are ordering from within the State of Alabama. Sales tax will be charged according to your zip code for residents of Alabama, and will be calculated by us after we have received your order. We will confirm the final amount before shipping.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
A copy of your receipt will be emailed to you when you place your order. If you need an additional copy after this point, please log in to your account, and choose 'View Order History'.

How do I return my product?
Please call us at 1 (866) 807-5043 for information on how to return your purchase. Please note that some items may carry a restocking fee.

How much is my shipping?
Our shipping rates are as follows:

Standard Shipping (UPS): Delivery within 5-7 business days. Available anywhere in the continental U.S. A minimum order of $45.00 is required for free shipping. Orders under $45.00 will be charged $6.75 for standard shipping.

Other shipping options are available by contacting us.

When will my order ship?
Standard Shipping orders will be processed by the 5:00 p.m. central time the next business day.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, but there are limitations to shipping. Please contact us before placing your order outside of the United States.

What is the Return Policy?
